How It Works
3 Easy Steps
STEP 1
CALL
Call or text us to book your pick up time. We'll do your laundry once or as often as you'd like. We'll schedule a day and time that works for you.
STEP 2
GATHER
Bag up your machine washable and dryable laundry for your appointed time. Our driver will be by to pick it up in the 2 hour time window you were given.
STEP 3
RECEIVE
We will begin the wash/dry/fold process. Your laundry will be weighed when it's clean and returned to you in 24 to 48 hours.
*Larger quantities may require more time.

24 to 48 Hour Turnaround
Our washers are dedicated to getting your laundry back to you within 24-48 hours from pickup! Of course, if you have a giant amount of laundry, it might take a little longer. We will always let you know.
Eco-Friendly
Ask about our planet and body friendly products! We care about the environment and your health. We'll use phosphate, dye and fragrance free detergents and dryer balls at your request.

If you are anywhere in the Nanaimo area we will happily come to you. This includes Cedar, Chase River, Extension, Lanzville and Nanoose. If you are further away than that, text us your address or give us a call and we will see what we can set up!
